Nothing. That is to say, we don't base our prices on square foot
numbers. We find that the average new home is in the $90 to $110 range
and that single story homes tend to be a little more than two story
homes. There are many factors that effect the cost per square foot and
formulas are generally unreliable. Also remember that you must add on
for unfinished storage spaces and garages that are not reflected in cost
per square foot formulas. Each of our designs has a starting price for
construction, floor plans and size of the home.
Will you build on my lot or does it have to be
one of yours?
In addition to the building lots we offer, many of our homes are built
on land already owned by clients. We all so can have our Real estate
agent locate property for you that will fit your needs.
Do you charge for estimates?
Nope. We are always pleased to spend some time discussing your needs and
budget at no obligation. We will then produce a detailed estimate for
you (usually in about a week). We want you to have accurate and complete
information as you consider your housing needs. Call our office or send

How busy are you?
Although we are usually very busy, we schedule our workload such that we
avoid overbooking. This means that we will be able to get your project
done on time. Most construction begins within a few weeks of the initial

What if we don't have blue prints?
Although we have many plans for you to choose from, because we design
our own plans we are always able to give the customer exactly what they
are looking for.
